When I can sit on the remote control and actually feel it and stop looking all over for it.

When I can see my feet without craning my neck.

When I can stand straight against a wall and not have a huge space at my back because my butt sticks out so much.

When I first started Medifast and we didn't have a digital scale yet, my husband had to read the scale for me. I couldn't see it because of my chest and stomach.

Wow, well the way things are going in my midsection I think I would have to lower my goal weight to wear an 8. I am pretty sure I will. I felt overweight at 135 before.

I would probably need to go down to 126 which is where I would really like to be some day. 135 is where I was when I married but the high school weight was 126.

When my thighs don't make a swishing sound when I walk!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
