1. I'd love to slip into my size 8 jeans again, wear size small tops, and to be able to tuck my shirt in.
2. To be light on my feet and be free to RUN for the sheer joy of it. To be unfettered and unburdened by the old ball and chain of FAT. To be able to get on the floor and quickly back up again!
3. To feel good about how I present myself to the world....not ashamed....free to NOT think about myself and how I look....free to be me without negative pre-judgement from others.
I can think of many more than three
....I want to be the best ME that I can be and be a strong, positive role model for my two sweet daughters.
