Ok, I have a question? When is the best time to weigh ourselves, morning or evening?

I have a liking to mornings, I weight less! :lol:

Hi! Ok, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that first thing in the morning is your true weight for the day. Yeah, I don't even pay attention to my weight throughout the day because it can fluctuate quite a bit due to what was eaten and how much liquid has been consumed. So I would say your morning weigh-ins are a safe bet!

I always weigh in the morning too :lol: I try to stay off the scale during the day so if I absolutely have to weigh I do it in the morning!!!

You guys are getting soooooo smart. :mrgreen: First thing is the morning ( after you've gone to the potty of course :D ) is the best time to weigh. It will give you the most accurate reading. Try to weigh at the same time each time and on the same scale. It's so much fun to see those pounds dropping away!!

I like mornings, right after turning on the coffee pot and letting the dogs outside.

I prefer mornings too...especially when I'm STARVING before going to bed :lol: I feel like I lost 5 lbs during the night! I never do, but it's nice to dream.... 8)
