Mike,

You don't let a thing get past you! Yes, I did it. Thanks for noticing. I changed my profile first before I posted the news, and you beat me to the punch. Bless you. You're such a character. We just couldn't do without you. Thank you for all you did for me.

krandle,

First month was shakes only - no exercise. Second month onward I continued with the complete fast but added other supplements (soups, oatmeal, bars, etc.) and did 20 minute pilates workout 3 times a week. Third month I added 45 brisk walk on the treadmill 5 days a week to my exercise routine. Fifth month I did not do as much of the treadmill but still doing my pilates. Now that I'm on maintenance, I'm going to add the treadmill back in and continue with the pilates. Have you cut down exponentially on your exercise? Doing ok?

Nancy, I'm going to order some of those spaghetti strap tops that have the bra built in - should be great in this warm climate. Also, some new underdoodles as you call them. If they sold those beautiful feathered wings their models wear down the runway, I'd have to get you a pair - very fitting for your personality.

Holy web, Camille!!! The ultra-fabulous LW told me you'd made goal and now I see it here. Congratulations, big hugs and woopie!!!

Now if my web-infested mind remembers correctly, you are but one tiny step from being the Spidey's General Store's FIRST customer! Where is the photo???

Congrat's for you!!! I'm off the wagon, but still pulling for all of you!!! Maintaining and planning a re-start in the next two weeks. I'm still lurking and cheering for you. How about a Before & After for us in the studio? That's always a big motivator for me.

GREAT JOB and a WAHOO to you!!!

MomJackieLee,

Boy, I'm even more motivated to succeed after hearing I have motivated someone else! This board is simply the bomb! How fortunate we are. I'll do a camera shot soon. My husband will help. He's extremely busy now but will take vacation next month. I'll try to find a before pic but I was very good at avoiding having my picture taken when I was heavy.

I'll be in the tough part soon - maintenance. Transition and losing are pre-planned and easy - not much to think about. It'll be the same discipline and the same NO when it comes to the enemy foods. We'll be doing the same thing - sticking to the plan. Nice to know we're not alone isn't it? Thank YOU for your motivation and I'll pray for strength and patience to obtain all of our goals.

Congrats to you!! You are such an inspiration!! I'll be rooting for you as you go through maintenance. This little stint of maintenance that I went through taught me a lot about myself. I'm so not ready

There was some super gorgeous lingrie that I saw in Europe that I was pining for. I know it'll be mine pretty soon! :D

We're already thinking about going back in May (my husband is obsessed with Belgian beer), realistically I could be at goal by then. Thats a really exciting thought!
