I went to the grocery store and I was at the deli counter picking up some roast beef for hubby. The gal behind the counter asked if I wanted cheese. I said no. Then she ask again "don't you want some nice smokey cheese to go with this"? So I laughed and said "No thanks, sounds good, but I just don't need the extra calories". Her reply was "You sure don't look like you need to be watching your calories"! (Oh happy day!) Then another customer standing near by said "She probably looks so great because she does watch calories". (She said I looked great! Did I hear that correctly?)

That's great Mickey. I can't wait for someone who doesn't know me to say I look great, although, I'm a guy... and well, lets be honest... just doesn't happen.
If I were in your shoes though, I would have let them know how you got to be looking so great... the more who know about this program the better.

That's awesome. After 8 months the owner of the corner grocery, who had never mentioned my weight before, said "You are getting skinnier every day!" Let's hang out at the grocery store and get compliments!
