Trips to the sandbox

Postby jentuke » August 12th, 2005, 9:42 am

Woooweeee...
I had no idea how right you guys were when you mentioned all the trips to the sandbox. It seems fine during the day, as my office is well away from most things, so I can make a trip to the sandbox and then hit the water cooler for another glass of water on the way back to my desk. However, night is *killing* me. I have to get up 3-4 times a night and I feel like it is affecting my sleep. Anyone else having the problems? I'm only on day 5, does it get any better after a week or two?

Thanks,

Jen

Hi Jen...since I get most of my water in at work during the day...I slow down at night and don't really drink much after 5 or 6:00 p.m.....I only get up once a night and that's usually at 3:00 a.m.

I am still getting up about 2 times a night, and I think I've been more tired during the day because of it.

Trips to the sandbox

Postby Jan » August 12th, 2005, 5:16 pm

Hi There,
Those trips to the "sandbox" should slow down -- especially at night. Try not to drink a lot right before bed. This helps sometimes. I'm been on program quite a while now and don't get up at night anymore. You'll be fine and sleeping through soon.

Hi--

YEAP it slows down after awhile..Just like having a new baby(which MF is  ) you lose sleep at first then after you adjust you get more and more sleep  the "sandbox" visits should start slowing down soon and try not to drink alot late at night..Martha

Jentuke ~

The first few weeks can be :x killer - I wore a path in our hall carpet and used a case of TP...for people who usually do not drink water, this IS a major adjustment.

Just try to get the majority of the water down before 8 PM and eventually your body becomes adjusted to it.

Eventually.

Sometimes.

For most people.

 I sleep in the BR.
