I'm getting close to transitioning.... need to lose another 10 pounds..... so if there are others getting close - maybe we can buddy up. I think the extra support and discussion would be great!!

OMG, I can't believe I'm so close...... just seems like yesterday when I was starting the program.... THERE IS HOPE!!!!

I'm with you Smarti, it does seem like yesterday I started out on this journey and now I'm only 5.4 pounds away from goal!!!

Transistion is only weeks away (I know these last pounds will come off slowly) and I need to gear up for this next phase.

Any words of advice from those who have gone before???

I'm so glad Smarti & DQ will be in transition and maintenance and will be doing well on it by the time I get there so I can cry to you and lean on your shoulders! I'm so happy for both of you!

Thanks Dede,

Eventhough transition/maintenace scares me, I am looking forward to it. I know I have learned a lot these last 6 months on Medifast about eating, nutrition and my personal food triggers. I don't want to go back. I love my new healthy life.

I'm sure Smarti is with me on this, and intends to share all the ups, downs and challenges ahead with all of you.

Go towards the light, go towards the light. Our goals are soooooo close. I can't wait. I have been reading the Transistion Guide everyday in preparation for that glorious day. And don't worry, once there, I'm saving seats for everyone in the Transition/Maintenance Room!

Just remember...all you glowing examples of how this program works... DQ and Smarti and Dede and Lizabette and Lori and Dogma and anyone I am forgetting who is getting strikingly close to your goals....

...we are watching....we want goal photos...we want to hear what you are doing and what you are eating and how things are going during transition and then maintenance. Just a reminder in advance that we will need your expertise at that stage...just as we have benefited from it during your weight loss phase.

I know others have walked this path before you...but YOU are the ones I know...YOU are the ones I have watched and your experience will be so very valuable to me...and all of us who are still on our journey to goal.

I don't always post it as much as I would like, but--YOU are ALL my heroes for your commendable success here!

Thanks, Janae. I'm sure not going anywhere. And as soon as I hit either my goal size (one more, since I just lowered it) or my goal weight, whichever comes first, I'll be posting a new photo. And I'll definitely post on maintenance - gotta stay accountable!

I agree with Dogma, I will still post here and encourage other MF'er starting. I will need to come here and post to keep me honest. I don't want to be one of those people that reach there goal and then just let it all slip away because I can start eating normal again. This forum will help keep me from letting all my hard work slip away.

I am so happy there are many of us on the verge of transition/maintence.

WOOOO HOOOOO!! We are going to have one big transition party.... I'll bring the soy chips!!

I'm so excited there are so many of us in transition at the same time! And as Janae stated, we need to keep posting to keep others informed as to how we are doing..... they will be here soon and we will be here with our arms open wide
