I thought it was time to revisit this thread.

The pictures still reign supreme in the motivation area.

Now that we've got 'em, I don't want to do Medifast/Take Shape for Life without the Momentum products!! Favorite new tool.

My other can't-live-without tools are my Nikes and/or my dance shoes.

And of course my favorite tool -- and positively NOT in the derogatory sense -- my dh. What an incredible partner in this and every journey.
