after being stuck going up and down from 190-192 im down to 188 as of this morning...yes i know i said i wouldnt weigh myself til sunday...i couldnt help myself... :oops:

Alright, great job!!!
That's a great loss of 2-4 pounds!
I know how frustrating it can be. My first week I lost 9.5 #'s, then only 2 the next, and 2.5 last week.
I guess we can't see big numbers all the time, right?

lol i think i was starting to panic...because this was 3 weeks of barely any movement on that stinkin scale! i was like oh no! im immune to MF!
