Think good thoughts!

Hey there shakers!

I need you all to think good, positive thoughts form me...I am leaving tomorrow for 3 days in Los Angeles. I have my ready to drink shakes and I am sticking with the program. I don't get back until late Sunday afternoon - so I wont be able to enter my weight in the roll call until Monday morning, I'll let you know how I did then. Have a great day and a great weekend!

Going away and still doing the program is possible and it sounds like you have found the key:

Just think of it as a "Plane to Thinsville." In the meantime we'll all be here tending to the "Train to Thinsville," and waiting to hear from you upon your return. Who coined that "Train to Thinsville" slogan, was it TamiL?

Maisie...Nelly is our "thinville Conductor" ..she was the inventor of the train to thinville!! its funny..cuz I envision this REAL train...that says THINVILLE USA on it and a ONE WAY sign...I see myself on the back of the train...and with every pound gone..I move up a seat, untill I reach the front of it..and once up at the front...I NEVER LOOK BACK!! ;)

Medifast is the one way ticket...we are all on our way :-P

Nelly is the conductor, I just ride along, and blow the whistle REAL loud, to let people know we R coming. Get out the way, Today is Medifast day.
