These are my before pics

Postby Nite Izes » April 15th, 2004, 6:34 am

Here are two before pics of me. I know it is just the face. I just cannot deal with showing a full body pic since, I am 140 lbs. overweight and am sensitive about the way I look. When I lose at least to each goal, I'll take another pic, so you can see the difference. I am 20 pounds away from goal #1. I do not think the weight loss would be noticeable. But I promise, once I hit goal #5, I will put up my full body photo of before and after so you can see the difference. Wish my luck and give me support, I really need it.

Can't you just imagine what your going to look like after Medifast is done with you? If your this beautiful now, your gonna have "other" problems when your at goal.

You will make it to your goal and I will say a prayer for your strength and success.

I also love your hair! I have natural curly, well more like nappy. ;) I have always wished for hair like yours.

You can do this :!:

140 pounds seems like such a far away number, but all I have is time right now and hope it helps me get back to health since my quality of life is so dim.

Medifast is my beau right now. I sticking to "him" for a long time.

Hi, Nite ~

Wow! You are so pretty and I love the way you have laid out several goals - short-term and long-term. Very good thinking on your part to have the steps along the way! You are on your way. I can understand about not wanting to show your full body yet - it makes us feel so vulnerable to have our picture posted on the web anyway and then when we are in the 'process' of becoming who we are to be, well, that's a whole new situation! I always ran to the other room when the cameras came out before I lost weight. I don't particularly LOVE to have my picture taken now but I sure do feel a WHOLE lot better about having it taken than I did a year and a half ago!

I'm glad that you are here and we will celebrate right along with you as you reach your goals!

:dooh: wow, that is comforting to hear. When I was on Medifast in 1990, it took me 6 months to lose 50 pounds, being that I am now 135 pounds overweight and 14 years older than last time, I thought it would take longer.

Men lose 67 pounds and Females lose 47 pounds in 16 weeks - that is the AVERAGE wt loss but to tell the truth, most people we know that FOLLOW the PLAN CORRECTLY lose more than that in 16 weeks. I lost 59 pounds in twelve weeks, 130 pounds in 7 months. You can do it. I am MUCH older( :x DRAT! :x ) (and of course, MUCH HOTTER!) than you! :D Hee hee!

Nancy, you are hot looking and very beautiful. As they say, the older a woman gets, the more beautiful she graces. Give me time, I will catch up with you :toast:

:( I cannot be on a complete Medifast liquid program, if I were it would have been great.

 My MD said it was not adviseable for my medical condition. I have to follow the plan that the MD recommends

So I have 3 shakes, 1 high protein powder drink, 2 small meals, over 64 oz of water :eat: and the best thing is, :kool: I am still losing weight, 14 pounds in less than 3 weeks, might be 15 in total by Sunday. Medifast does work for me.

 What really matters is that I am losing weight but not as quickly as others here would average out in a given time frame, I have a medical intestinal disorder. I am just happy to lose, just not as fast.
:cleader: YIPEE!!!!

You might want to check out Medifast's Pro sports drinks also. I've heard good things about it from several atheletes and power lifters.
