"Can we tell a difference?" Are we breathing? Did the sun come up this morning? Do we love Medifast? :yes: :yes: :yes: and oh what a beautiful difference!

And how could I have missed seeing your 'during' picture until today. :oops: I would be so upset at myself if I had. :x

You know, Lisa, we started close to the same time together and you have outstripped me unmercifully...but you know what, I am happier for your success than I could ever be for myself.

I look for your posts every day and I know that every day you will be encouraging someone, or advising someone , or celebrating someone's success. :hugblue:

If we were electing someone for MF ANGEL, you would win it hands down..:clap:.and all these posts prove it beyond doubt! :puter:

We want to see you not only win the battles but "win this war". :lightsword: It is our joy to be able to see you do it day by day by day! :D

How neat that your hair is growing faster (like wildfire) :kool: since starting Medifast...hey, an added benefit of growing healthier.

I can see the difference! WTG!

You and I have about the same amount to lose.. give or take 5 lbs. I will put my pics on soon..

They still scare me, and I just took my 1 month pic.. I didn't see a big difference at 16.5 lbs, but my mom did.. but she loves me.. lol

Its really brave of you to have your pictures on here, however, pictures do not make the person, its what's inside that really counts.

You look so great! I can really tell the weight is dropping. I too am trying to find a before picture. I really dont take pics of myself.

You have been so supportive to me as a newer member here. I wish you all the success in the world. You deserve it! Just want you to know how much you are appreciated. :yourock:

Wow! Are you kidding? Of course we can tell a difference silly girl!!! You are doing great and looking AWESOME! You and I started around the same time at a similar weight and have lost about the same amount of weight. Because of that, I keep track of your (our) progress. I am so excited for you and you have motivated me to dig out some old pictures of myself, take a current one, and post both very soon.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

OMG!!! You really do look great. The biggest diference I see is in your face. There is something that the second picture has that the first is missing. What is it? A REAL smile. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to start losing. I have made up my mind to GO FOR IT!!!

Falisa ~

I just felt like revisiting your pictures and thought I'd ask you to post another. We see your beginning picture, your minus 40 pound picture and now we wanna see the minus 80 pound picture!

I am very happy for you - it is amazing how slugging down a lot of water, having a Medipacket every three hours and a healthy portion of meat and veggies can cause us to melt away, revealing our true self and beauty.

Keep on keeping on - day by day we get closer to our goal!

I am working on it. My dear dear daughters decided to use my web cam and messed with the focus and I am having a hard time fixing it but I promise that the pics are on the way this weekend!
