I learned about Galeos dressing on another forum and its to die for. It has les than 1 carb per serving, less than 1 fat and less than 20 calories. They have toasted sesame, dijonaise, wasabi ginger and cesaer. You have to order it online at www. galeoscafe.com and shipping is rather pricy but totally worth it.

I use the toasted dijonaise for making chicken salad, and the ginger wasabi with salmon tasts just like sushi. YUM!!!!

I'm loving these! Albertsons had them 3 for $5 so I bought all 3 flavors but have been using the Balsamic one. Very yummy!

Re: the Galeos, it still comes out to be pretty good nutritionally, but please be aware that their serving size is only one tablespoon, when most dressings set it at two tablespoons. So double the fat and carbs if you're comparing it to another brand.
