Holy lost poundage! I did it! IT has happened - fa la la la la LA LA LA LA!!!
-100 BIG ones! Poof and they are gone.

Honestly, I have only ever dared to hope and dream that this could happen. It has. I can hardly contain my excitement this morning.

Shock and awe doesn't really quite cover it. Seriously, I feel like a different person altogether. Sort of like the person I knew that was trapped inside is finally coming out. Boy is it awesome!

So MERRY and HAPPY EVERYTHING to ALL - trust me, this works if you work it. Thanks to everyone who posts and shares their struggles, fears, sucesses and life dealings, it makes this so process a lot better, knowing you have a place to go where there is understanding and support!

I am so proud of you, I can't imagine what it would be like to lose 100 lbs.
and to lose it in such a short amount of time.
