OK...day two and I am in MAJOR carb withdrawal!!! MAJOR!!!! Honestly if I didn't just have a bowl of chili (my medifast comfort food) I would have freaked!! My poor family. They must feel like dorothy running from the wicked witch!!!! Perhaps I should just take a nap!

Okay, so your family and pets might be hiding for the next day or so, but it's all good! You know the hard part is almost over!

Way to go going for the chili instead of "seeing what else" is in the cupboards! Proud of you!

Welcome back Joyce!!!! Glad you started back on the program. You know the drill......... stay 100% compliant, drink your water and watch the pounds disappear. I started January 12, 2006 and SOOOOOOO glad I made the choice I did. Here I am, at goal (or close to it again.... thanks to the holidays) and feeling so much better than I did a year ago! You can do it girlfriend!!!!
