Well I have not been compliant the last few days, however, I havent engorged myself with bad foods either.I am jumping back on the wagon though. Also reordering, so I have alot of things.I am not happy that i have slacked but will never beat myself up over it as I have done in the past.It never helps...and its just not healthy mentally. So I am just gonna do what I have to do to accomplish my goals and do what it is I set to do in my journey.I also begin walking this week with my preggers gf at work.So that will be good and a little different of a routine as well as working an earlier shift.Hopefully my body gets shook up a bit.Other than that gonna drop some lines to everyone and head off to the airport to pick up my parents...catch ya's later. :)

I am glad you are back on the wagon and have a new order. A variety always helps. No point in beating yourself up, whats done is done and you are back on program so you should do fine.

WEEK 7- DAY 7

So I am back on track as of this morning.I had my shake. And brought my MF goodies with me to work.Re-ordered last night and has already been processed so hopefully, it'll be here by the end of the week.
Its one of those rainy slow feeling Mondays...wish I was home snuggled up in the covers watching a scary movie.
Oh well time to wake up and smell the coffee...

Debra~ I am so proud of you for taking control and getting back to compliancy. So many times people fall and never get back up.....I should know.......I'm one of them. It usually takes me 2 years to get back up. You did it in just a few days. Believe me......weight loss is very, very slow......if you wait 2 years to get back on the wagon. ;) I think from now on......I will follow your lead and get back on after a day or a couple of days. ;)

You're doing great, Debra! :cheerleader:

Hey there!

I just wanted to say that these things happen, sometimes stress and boredom get the better of us, sometimes it's just burnout, sometimes it's just the situation we find our selves in. The important thing is not to get stuck there.

Re-ordering time is a great time to try new things, re-visit old faves, try some recipes, etc. You're doing great and I'm really proud of you for staying with it.

Good Job!

Hi Debra~ I'm sorry to hear you had a non-compliant day yesterday. We all go through that. When I gave up on MF 2 years ago it wasn't because of the program. It just seemed like I could not be compliant for more than 2 days at a time. I started not coming to the forum, which led to more non-compliancy for me. I just couldn't understand why I couldn't stay compliant the way I was when I first started MF. Since I couldn't figure it out, I just gave up.

I have been reading a book called "Life is Hard, Food is Easy". One of the things I have been reading about is motivation. It says, "What can you do when you lose your motivation and don't know how to get it back? Motivation doesn't drop out of the sky or suddenly reappear after an absence. You can't open your junk drawer and exclaim, 'Look, I just found my motivation!' Instead, the drive and energy that keeps you on track originates inside of you.

Motivation is a choice. You create it yourself--through your thoughts, your self-talk, and your attitudes. Even when you don't have a shred of energy, you can still access your motivation if you want to. You just have to get up out of your chair and make it happen."

Some of the things they suggest in helping keep your motivation is to 1. Set your intentions......2. Take Small Steps.......3. Be patient with results

I don't know if that helps at all, Debra. I do know, that you have it within you to pull yourself up and make that choice to be motivated.

I'm here if you need to talk.

WEEK 8- DAY 7

Well I have returned from my mini hiatus. It was a bad week for me last week.Car broke down and had to give out money,I dont have...Of course Valentines Day was a little depressing for me.And then a really good woman I have known since I was 7,I was best friends with her daughter---my mom best friends with her, died Thurs night of cancer. She was diagnosed not even a month ago.I wont go into it for it saddens me too much but my mother and I then went to Ft.Lauderdale on Friday for a bday party for a little boys 1st bday in our family on Saturday. And wound up leaving Sat night.Hotel sucked, so why spend $100 to stay another night and leave in the morning.Besides my mom and I just wanted to be home.So yesterday was a pretty decent day...Sundays have always been family days, since I was a kid.I rearranged my room and finally cleaned out my car.Now I just have to wash it.

So...I had the RTD Choco shake and it is very yummy.I have another one for sometime today.Other than that I feel more confident about being on track today. So thats all I can do is stick with it...talk to everyone later. :)

Hi Debra~ So glad to see you back. I was getting worried about you. I'm so sorry for the horrible week that you had. Weeks like that are very stressful. I'm thankful that you and your mom have each other for comfort.

I'm glad you are feeling more confident. Hang in there.......each day of compliance seems to bring about a little more strength to soldier on.

So glad you're back. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/11/11_2_104.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D11%252F11_2_104/image.gif">
