Down 1.5 - but only down 1/10 since my Biggest Loser weigh-in on Tuesday. I got what I deserved. I even tried waiting the 'magic minutes' Karli used to talk about - it went up! So it is what it is this week.

Now the hard part will be not saying 'I just weighed in today, let's have a treat!' My thinking needs to be tamed.

Biki and Linda - great job! Biks, you must be doing well with the changes!

Thanks Lizabette. I'm trying to remember that even for a fully compliant week, 1.5 pounds is a good loss!

Lost 2.4 lbs since last Sunday for 34 lbs total.

After all my ups and down over the last couple weeks I am still down 1.8 under ticker. :D
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Down 3# since last week and a two week stall at 233. Finally puts me at 230--and the 40# club!

BTW, this is my first Sunday morning chime in on roll call. Hub had to work and I get computer time!

Well after going to Mo on the 20th and being pretty much totally off plan for about 5 days i have gained 1.5lbs . We didnt weigh last Sunday as we were still in Mo and i didnt want to weigh until today. I had been back on since we returned on Tues but yesterday we went dove hunting early i took my bar and some pudding but at lunch time i was starving and had a little KFC

Today i am back on track and will be . Funny thing is that some of the food i ate while on vacation (like a chicken sandwich and tots at sonic on the way back) those tots tasted pretty bad just tasted like grease

I am back and i plan on being in the 100lb club next Sunday but when it comes I'll take it

Good Afternoon All! Tomorrow is official weigh-in day for me. Down 3 lbs since last Sunday but I think it will be at least 1 more down by tomorrow because the scale was "flirting" with 222 :lol: ..total lost since restart 8/27, 5 weeks ago/tomorrow, is 24 pounds.

The scale had stalled for 3 days in a row but the loss for the week is 2.4 so I will try to stay positive. The 30# club is sooo close!

Great job everybody. Aquarian - changed your club for ya.
ickie, love the verse listed in your signature... helps me remind me to take one day at a time.

I'm up a couple of lbs over the past couple of weeks. Been struggling, and as you see in the journal, things have been pretty crazy for both of us the past couple of weeks. No excuses, just gotta get to a more regular schedule again.
