Aloha all my Loser Buddy's! You are all doing great!

I finally lost 1 pound to bring me out of the 140's! I am now 139, Yay! :mrgreen: My mini goal is 135 by Halloween... That's 4 pounds in 2 days :| Let's see if I can lose a little more by
Tuesday :muahaha: !

Greetings all you losers!!!!

Tomorrow marks my three month anniversary since reaching goal and starting maintenance. Today I weighed in at 144.8 lbs. This has been an amazing journey since the end of January thanks to MF and all of the support from everyone on this Forum.

Keep up the good work everyone and you will be at Goal in no time!

Hey all! I am late (as usual) for Sunday roll call...3 lbs lost in two weeks. Set myself back with bad choices on the trip, but have now been Medi good for 3 days so hopefully back in the groove. I, like Hulagirl, want to have two more lbs of by Wednesday as a mini goal, but understand I should have been more focused on that last week. But here's to hoping some was water weight! :)

De nada or nothing down this week and I am not surprized....We went to our beach condo and out to eat to our favorite restaurant...I thoguht I was good but had wine with meal and a split of bubbly for dessert....so hard when you are at the beach to stay on track...so hard when you are anywhere to stay on track..who am I kidding...I hated getting on the scale this morning but knew I had to in order to get back on track...

After a 3 1/2 week plateau, I am down 3 more lbs. Total loss of 25lbs, and only 35 more to goal!!!

Lessee -- working job #1, then working job #2, then FRANCE!! She and her dh just returned last week. Some business (for him), some pleasure. Now back not only to working but to picking up all the loose threads from being gone.

Congrats to all.

I weigh-in on Mondays.

I'm not even sure how to mark the successes of this week because it was my first real week back on Medifast with only two fully compliant days. Hence, I report a 1.4 lb weight loss.

I was very happy to see me moving back down towards my "pre-MF break" days ;-)

:goteam: Everyone is doing so well and reading about your losses is such an inspiration to me -- when I feel as if I may slip, I think of all of you and tell myself that the MF'ers are losing and succeeding and I must too! Thank you.

To make my self accountable, I am going to post my loss as of yesterday morning -- 4 lbs! I started back on program on Friday, so I have 8 more pounds to re-lose to be back where I was before I stepped off the MF wagon. :oops:

I'm buckling my seatbelt and I'm trying to stay aboard! :drive: Thanks again everyone!

Hey! Only two days late! Out-of-state events on the weekend and I return weighing LESS than when we left on Friday.

Just realized that today is my two month anniversary for goal weight and beginning transition/maintenance.
I weighed 130.5# this morning. That's 4.5 pounds under goal!

Oh, how I admire all of you who are sticking with the program and being accountable.
I'm watching the exciting race with Jo and Laura, and others who are reaching new goals and clubs.
And good on Robin and Drama Queen who are maintaining and inspiring us all.

Entertained visitors from Asia all week, but I have maintained my loss, even after having several meals without MF supplements at really good gourmet restaurants, but always trying to remain close to the nutritional stats of MF, as best as possible. Even with coffee, coffee, coffee and, ah, very fine wine instead of recommended amounts of water!!! Happy to be back on plan this week again, and glad that no 'damage' was done. Good practice for maintenance! :D

Late again this week but I was out of town until late yesterday. As of this morning I weighed 203.5 which is a loss of 3.9 pounds in the last 8 days (from 10/25).

I am only a few pounds from the 60# club!!!
