CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for a great week. Way to go for coming to Roll Call and being accountable!!

Special shout out to Jo on your Anniversary. Your dedication amazes and inspires me. So many of you are so close to goal!! I'm saving you all seats in Maintenance Land!

I weighed in at 143.6 this morning. I had a great workout yesterday doing three performances of "Man of La Mancha". It is a very pyhsically demanding production. I was worn out last night!

It looks like my body is comfortable between 143-146 pounds.

I didn't participate in roll call last week, (heck, maybe not even the week before) after going on vacation and taking 3 days off. Then I returned, got on for 2 days, and took one last day off. So I gained and lost the same five pounds twice.

Stepped on the scale today and was ELATED to see that I've dropped 4 more pounds since then. So - I'm not sure how to count it for the week, but I'm down a total of 26 pounds in 5 and 1/2 weeks.

Thanks dede :D

I don't understand why you don't just put yourself in the 90 pound club and be done with it, lol. If you lost it, you lost it, girl!

After I think it's been about 2 weeks without weighing in, I found the scale that my DH hid for me! All of a sudden my internal dialog was sounding like something Capt. Kirk would say from Star Trek! I'm looking at the scale and thinking.......MUST............WEIGH...............IN................ON.............THE.....................
SCALE!..............CAN"T............TAKE..........IT...........ANY..............LONGER!

189lbs. :kool:

True. You can always put your real Medifast start date in your sig, if you're worried about misleading people into thinking you lost it all since March.
