Good morning fellow MF-losers.

How inspiring to wake up to your successess.
Look what happens when I'm gone.
Laura and Jo, almost there, that is GREAT!
Bdg, your committment and losses have been exciting to follow.
Everyone here is doing great, Whoo-hoo!!!!

I struggled to get back on-plan and stay fully committed again. When I committed to MF for 4 1/2 months last year I lost 60 lbs., felt great physically and emotionally, and looked great. But I never reached my goal before "taking some time off" and then just continued to restart the program again and again and gain back most of the weight I lost. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. - To those of you thinking about straying, THINK AGAIN!!! - I don't know why it's so much harder the 2nd, 3rd... time around than that first time, but it is.

Regardless, I refuse to give up and I'm back to reach my goal of a healthy, happy body and mind. I started last Monday and dropped 10 pounds my first week.

Keep up the great work everyone. You're all truly an inspiration when you share your stories, both the successes and the struggles.

Enjoy the extra hour today.

No change for me this week. I've stuck to the program. Guess it's either just a long plateau, or starting exercise this week slowed my weight loss down. Oh well, I just remember that you cannot help but lose weight on 900 calories/day. Stay strong, everyone.

Increased my calories again this week, and dropped another pound or so. I'm now 3 pounds below my revised goal weight (2 above my original goal). Still working out regularly. Body fat seems to be slowly dropping, too, as I build muscle mass.

I'm down 2 more this week bringing me to 170 and that much closer to the 160's...I would like to loose 3 more by next week but I will not be weighing in cause I will be in California. I will need to work hard these next few days to loose a bit more before we leave.
Woo Hoo for everyone who either lost stuck to the mf plan, came in here and posted and all those who have maintained...YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!!

Congrats, all! Can't wait for the photo-finish with Jo and Laura!

Down 1.8 this week. At 217.6 for a total shed of 85.1. Only 15 more pounds 'til I earn the gold star, and then another 2.8 after that for Onederland.

Have a great week, everyone!

Good going everyone!

I started a little over 2 weeks ago, but haven't posted until today, so I'm just gonna jump in where I'm at. I lost 2 1/2 lbs this week and I feel sooooo much better. No more bloated abdomen!

I have not weighed since sun 10/22/06 as doc advised not to lose weight a week or 2 prior to my surgery. I was happy to see that on wed the 24th during my pre-op exam I was still at 197. I am home now recuperating & will probably start back on full 5 & 1 plan in a couple of weeks. living the weight loss thrills through y'all until then. have a great week everyone!
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !
