As some of you know, I have been really upset with my plateau and slow weight loss these last few weeks. I have spent the last two days drowning my misery in carbs and chocolate. I know, very bad. So I REALLY do not deserve this NSV...but....

I FIT INTO A SIZE 8 CARGO CAPRI PANTS AT LUCKY JEANS TODAY!!!

Ok, so maybe I should get my butt back on plan and stop whining all the time?

We should rename that whining the "nickie-sickies" as this seems to be all I do for weeks at a time!! :mrgreen:

I'm thinking that you may have something there; about the getting back on plan, not the whining. We all deserve a good whine every once in a while!
