At a Standstill (still)

The scale did not move for me this past week. I am still at 320. Unfortunately my "visitor" has not left yet (danged hormones!). I know that once that is over, the scale will move.

I'll keep you posted.

UPDATE:

The scale moved today! Two pounds off now! Hopefully more by Monday!

Good for you, Jeanette! It's so hard to see that scale come to a standstill, but if we're patient, good things happen!
