SQUASH??

Okay... is squash allowed? Spaghetti squash/acorn/butternut/anything??!!! I'm becoming a fan of squash and wanted to know if it is okay... any advice?

I did a quick search using the search option at the top of the page and it looks like summer squash is an acceptable GREEN option according to the L&G protocol posted here. Please check with the experts for additional info.

Summer squash is allowed, zucchini, too. But the others are not during the weight loss phase.

We eat zucchini and yellow.crook-neck squash. Di get tired of it, but then again, she likes ALOT more veggies than I do.
