Delicious! Served with Mexican seasoned fish... I am unsure as to what a legal L&G amount would be; judge for your self. I admit to dressing mine with a small amount of (non compliant) fat-free sour cream & salsa blend
Sliced Cabbage, sliced walla walla onion, slivered yellow pepper (legal in the new quick start guide ), cilantro, & chopped tomato, small amount.
Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!
