Shakes

Postby Taangrl21 » January 16th, 2007, 5:55 pm

Are four shakes, a bar, and the l&g meal allowable? Or is that not enough calorie wise? Variety wise I just feel I need to change it up.

That's actually what I'm doing right now trying to bust the plateau. It isn't as fun for variety, and you can get sick of it pretty quick, but there's nothing saying you can't do it!

Yeah, honestly the plan of eating everything right now has gotten kinda boring. So I figure I will switch it up for a little. And then go back to eating all the food again. For me its hard to eat the soups sometimes b/c its warm here and I always connect cold weather with soup. And other times I am just not that hungry. So a shake usually suffices...thanks for the help dede. I am sure your plateau will break any time. :)

I prefer shakes. I actually like the flavor and they are so easy. Bars are still too much of a trigger food, maybe that will change someday.
