I am so excited! I ordered Medifast after reading this forum over the last few days and I am sooo ready for this! I should receive my order by Friday...I can't wait to start. I need to lose 60 pounds..and I really want to do it quicky! I thought at first I would not even bother to post..but all your stories are so inspiring..I couldnt resist...I already feel like I have a network of support! Thanks to all!

Denise ... You do have a network of support already built in. It's like that commercial on TV where the cell phone network follows that guy around. We're all right behind you.

You will be successful. Just stick to the plan with no tweaks and you will drop lbs pretty fast. Read and post to the boards daily for education, motivation and encouragement. Best of luck to you!

:3head: We ALL wanna lose it QUICKLY! It happens when you follow the Program Plan - no cheating.

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. If you remember to say that when you're tempted, you'll dump off those 60 pounds quickly and safely.

Welcome Denise! I was that excited when I ordered too. I HAD TO HAVE IT NOW!!! :shock:

This forum is such a great support. It is great fun reading about everyone's losses on role call sunday! :D :D :D

Soon you'll be posting your own losses and putting up your ticker and changing the stats as you lose. Little things mean alot to us! :tears:

Everyone here is so great. But since they started medifast the only thing big about em' anymore would have to be their hearts. You have come to the right place for support to help you through your weight loss journey. We are all in this together, and it truly is easier when you dont have to battle it alone. Welcome, and I cant wait to see you get started.
