Just wanted to say hello! I am on Day Two and really excited about the next few months!

I think this forum is great and I have really enjoyed reading everyone's post! There's a lot of determined people which is so impressive!

I know between my husband and this forum I will succeed. I am planning to lose 60 lbs (my current weight is 200). My 40th birthday is next month and it's just time I took control and stop letting my weight control me.

As I am writing this, I am having a cup of the chicken noodle soup and it tastes good! Just knowing I am on the plan makes me feel better about me. So! Wish me luck!
