CONGRATULATIONS for reaching goal!!!!!! That is a major accomplishment!! You should be sooooo proud of yourself!!! You are going to do great on Transition and Maintenance!!!

You have been training for Maintenance everday you have been on MF. Learning to eat more frequent smaller meals with a proper balance of protein/carbs/fats.

I am so proud of you and can't wait to see the after pictures. Here is a dozen roses to celebrate your wonderful accomplishment.
