Raspberry Cordial

Postby Lois » November 12th, 2003, 7:42 pm

Hi there.

I don't know about you, but my favorite chocolates in the box are the ones with creamy fruit centers....

Well today I made a shake that tasted just like the kind with the raspberry center :D

Blend...

6 to 8 oz. raspberry Crystal Lite
1 package chocolate shake mix
2 or 3 ice cubes

Yummm... ;)

Sounds good Lois! I make a similar one with a dash of cherry davinci syurp and a dash of chocolate davinci syrup and a Medifast Chocolate shake and ice.

Tastes like the chocolate covered cherries almost exactly!!

Thanks for posting your recipes here!

I LOVE a chocolate raspberry shake, too! I've added raspberry Crystal Lite or raspberry Davinci syrup to the Hot Cocoa and it is excellent! BTW, the Hot Cocoa is on sale this month.

Some of you may wonder why we suggest THREE cold shakes per day - the vitamins and minerals are not compromised when mixed in the cold water, some can be lost when adding hot water or when cooking the soy.

Ahhh....Thanks for sharing that info, Nancy! As I mentioned before, it's getting cold and damp in Philly (we saw a few snow flurries last week) and sometimes I just can't face another cold shake!

I usually warm stuff up in the micowave...so I don't think it gets really "cooked"....but I'll try to get those cold ones down :toast:

Have a great day, y'all!
