quick question

I was wondering if it is ok to have ham cut up in a salad, I checked there is not much fat in it, no sugar. What do you all think??

I am not sure, How much sodium does it have and carbs?

I am sure someone will come in soon and answer for ya. Good Question! I would love the answer! I like ham also.

According to the quick start guide (at least the one before the newest one)... 5 oz lean pork (that would include lean ham if I am not mistaken ;) ).

Hi there,
I do use ham once in a great while -- sometimes turkey ham :D The only problem I have with it is that I am very very sensitive to salt .. so sometimes it results in fluid retention. That of course means the scale goes up ...

I used ham once and the scale didn't go up but I felt so paranoid about it, I never ate it again! The mind is a scary thing-especially mine!
