ok, so its 3 shakes, and choice of 2 others as long as its only one bar, correct?? and the crackers?
starting again at 196
going for white pants AGAIN...lol....
goal - when I LOOK and FEEL good

I was confused at first too, but it's easy once it sinks in....

So that's 5 meal replacements, 3 of which should be shakes, only 1 which may be a bar.....that confuse everyone again?...... :oops:
