Nancy asked me to send pictures so here they are

The first picture was made last year before I started MF my weight was 248

the next was made about 2 weeks ago

Thanks everyone for your kind words i was a little nervous about posting my pictures. Drama Queen I feel so much better i can almost keep up with my 2 year old grand daughter i can run and play with her. I started the mf not to look better but because my heath was so bad and it feels good for all of the health problems to be a thing of the past and to feel so much better.

WOW! You look wonderful but even more than that - you look so HAPPY!

I hear you about the health. That is my main motivation right now...I have a 7 and 5 year old and am an older Mommy. I want to be healthy to keep up with them. I would be lying if I said I don't want to look good - I do of course. But that isn't the motivating factor this time. So maybe I will actually succeed since my reasons are way beyond the size 12 that I want to be in!!!!

Nicki, Thanks for the complament but yes I have a grandaughter and I have been married for 30 years I have a 28 year old daughter and a 25 year old son, but you sure made my day .
