That's dramatic! You look WONDERFUL! I'm so happy for you! That is some SERIOUS motivation for those of us with a long journey ahead of us! 7 pounds until your goal, what does THAT feel like! You'll have to keep us updated on how maintenance is going for you and what works and what doesn't!

are you and the kiddos. Great looking bears you all are making.

Isn't it amazing what a difference it makes to get rid of all those unwanted pounds that mysteriously appeared on our bodies and how our lives are newly transformed when they disappear forever.

You are especially inspiring to me because I am only 5'1' and weighed a bit more than you when I started January 11. To think that before too long I will have those unhealthy pounds off and look and feel great like you.

Your helpful hints about the L&G's in your earlier post really got me to thinking about what I might do to make my program even more enjoyable than it is already. I sense, GR8, that you are learning maintenance as you go along. Is that right, and how are you preparing for that? :?:
