I'm Overweight!!

I spent 10 days on a business trip and came home to find I am officially overweight! I never thought I'd be happy to say I'm overweight, but it feels great and I am so much closer to my goal.

Wow! You have done so well. I have been on the M/F plan 10 days and already lost 16 pounds. You give me encouragement as I have not yet reached the "overweight stage." Congrats!

YEAHHHHHH...only here are we actually happy to be overweight...I can't wait until I say the same...uh like in 6 months!

I'm SO HAPPY FOR YOU! You're overweight, yay! That was one of my mini-goals and I did the happy dance for days when I became only overweight!

You must be so proud of yourself! I know I am!
