Looks like the weekend of 6/23-25 works for most folks who have responded to earlier post.

So, can we have a head/hand count as to which days, what time, and where the most of us can meet?

Try to prioritize with 1= Best Choice, 2= 2nd Best, 3 = Least Favorable.

And if you can only go on one specific day then just mark it with a 1 and don't bother ranking the other days.

Maybe you can just cut and paste the following and plug in your numbers.

Let's try and get this settled by the end of the week.

Ack! Sorry about this.

I should have been better at communicating on this. I was thinking that seeing as the reason we pushed for this weekend was that dede was going to be in Vallejo, and then her plans got changed that we might put off the get together for mid-July.

I know that Diana, Sharon and Tony are under a little "stress" this weekend (good, fun stress...but stress non the less) with their little ones birthday party, and Mike is gone too that waiting a couple of more weeks might work out better and more folks could make it.

Only regret is Dayna might not be able to come then 'cuz she's from Oregon and was going to be here this weekend...but maybe she'd be able to make it if we give her a few more weeks notice.

Just my thoughts. If you all want to have it this weekend anyhow, let me know. My availability has changed slightly in that I won't be able to meet this Sunday. (Just found out I'll be singing at the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton this Sunday. If any of you are planning on going, that day, I'll be at The Bandstand around 5:00PM)

i am down for either. but this saturday during the day will be a lil hard now as my weight set and washer and dryer are going 2 be delivered during the day.

sounds like july might work better. i won't be in town the first weekend of july and the 2nd weekend in july is a pretty packed weekend for me too...any other weekend will work tho.
