I was on Medifast a long time ago and did ok`I lost 20 pounds in about a month so i know it works. I recently started a new job. Most of my time is spent on the road driving. so i have a few concerns.

I just had an orange creme shake in the blender...all I can say is WOW!! I love those kind! It tasted like a dreamcicle to me. I'm a CHOCOLATE girl all the way but I think I'll be ordering a lot more of the orange creme shakes!

Im having a tough week with my hunger and cravings and my goal was to hit 20# yesterday but I was actually up a bit but today i was down 3.5 pounds to -20.5 pounds!

I guess that fiber finally kicked in. LOL

Well I officially started Medifast on Monday the 24th. Today is Friday and I've only dropped about 2.5lbs which is depressing. I thought I'd really lose a lot the first week. Did anyone else lose just a little the first week but then the weight loss picked up?
