Hello All:
What a great board! I just started MF 6 days ago. First 4 were not bad - just had to get through the hungries. The last 2 days have been rough for being extremely dizzy, but am not quitting. :x
My DH isn't thrilled with me for it but my BP is great, and other than the vertigo I feel good. Tonight is better than Sunday and yesterday.
Anyone else have this problem when starting out?
I've battled my weight for years - and am tired of failing. Any words of wisdom?

Hi Joy,
Some people have problems with dizziness or vertigo because of electrolytes. You may want to try a fast soup or boullion for potassium and sodium. Sometimes a diet coke helps, sometimes adding a shake helps. Let us know if this continues!

DeDe is right try a cup of bouillon for the dizziness and that should help. Make sure you register here on the forum and you can see things that guests can't like our weight loss trackers.

Look forward to getting to know you!
