New Years Resolutions

Postby Taangrl21 » January 2nd, 2007, 6:28 am

but just wondering if anyone had a New Year resolution(s)?

Me-

1)To think before I speak.I can be too outspoken at times. And I dont always realize that I may be hurting someones feelings.

2)To forgive someone I was best friends withthat i havent talked to since my birthday of 2005. It wasnt necessarily a "healthy" friendship. But I forgave her New Years Eve.Doesnt mean we will ever be that close again. But I just felt like it was time to let it go.And I did.

To stop nagging my husband about ALL his faults-just a few.

Good thread! You should re-name it to "New Year's Resolutions" and I bet a ton of people would jump in!

Mine:
1. Spend more time with my husband
2. Spend more time with my son
3. Get below my college weight of 126
4. Stop being stressed all the time
5. Start flossing!

I definitely need to floss more. I have this adorable little "hummingbird" flosser that does all the work for you but I got bored with it after a few days.

Debra,

I think if you edit your first post, you can change the title.

I put these in my journal, but I'll repost here:

1. To write in my journal....in this forum and the paper one my son bought me for Christmas.

2. To exercise at least 3 times/week. (I give it about a week, lol)

3. To listen better when my husband speaks instead of finishing his sentences for him.

There was another one, but I can't remember already.

1) To continue maintaining my weight loss.

2) To continue exercising (and get back to the gym once my schedule has changed, but that's not really a resolution).

3) To get a life, or at least try to.

Mine is boring...

To get more organized. To file things as they come in instead of piling them until they're a huge mountain! Think I can do it?

Also, Reach and maintain goal!
