Mombarnes~~you are one HOT MOMMA! I had already logged off for a while but I was so curious to see your pictures that I had to log back on and tell you that you look...........MARVELOUS DARLING!

No wonder everyone is starting to notice your weight loss. LOOK at you! WOWSER! You look at least 10 years younger. I sure hope I look 10 years younger after I lose more.

I completely agree with Donna..........

I knew Medifast caused the pounds to fall off..........but no one told me that it caused the YEARS to fall off as well.

You look at least 20 years younger in your after picture.

In your post you thanked a lot of people...........but, in my opinion you forgot to thank the most important person who made this wonderful change possible......Why not do it right now??

Get up from your computer...........go to the nearest mirror.........look the person in the mirror in the eye...........and say "Thank you MomBarnes, for having the willpower and the courage to do what was necessasry to shed the flab and set the stage for a healthy, active, fun-filled future for me!!"

Gosh! Thank you Unca Tim for posting these pix. And to everyone for responding. Yep ... I'm pretty proud of myself too.
It's a very hard thing, as you all know. So when someone asks me how I did it (or even if they hint at asking) I tell them. It's the support, it's Nancy & it's the products ...
I also have to thank my girlfriend Sasa who got me started & inspired me ... as well getting her sister started too.

Mombarnes, I think you need to reconsider a name change - how about Daughterbarnes?

This Forum ... and everyone on it ... has made a huge difference. Even when I just lurk & look for recipes.
Spidey, with almost 500 posts, you have to know that I've read your words & been inspired (and kicked in the butt) by your example. You are so real to me, through this Forum. And helpful in so many ways.
