Intriqued by the sticky & responses ... here goes.

I am starting again. Sasa has been my major igniter. I am thankful for Nancy's support.
The calls are GREAT and I pledge to keep listening to them each week.

The forum makes me feel that I'm not alone ... not only because of people starting the program, but more especially for those who are RE-RE-RE-starting the program.

I am starting the journal to see if it helps. I can't wait until I can walk up my stairs without huffing & puffing. And my poor little ankles - that are not designed for this much weight - stop hurting in the mornings when I try to jump out of bed.

Welcome back! You certainly have plenty of company with all the re-starters and re-re-re-re-starters. (And thank you. Seeing all of you inspires me to be even more vigilant about my own maintenance.)

We remember how wonderful it was to be thin and spry for our Alaska adventure. We want to do the same for our coming fall Grand Canyon adventure. Rah rah! :cleader:

Thank you for all the support & warm welcome. As we all know, it makes a HUGE difference as we all are on the road to not being HUGE.

Yes, I have known Sasa for 30 years (egad!) and she is an inspiration and joy in so many ways. It does make a difference to have others on the path with us, doesn't it?

Gotta update my ticker ... I actually lost 4.8 pounds last week (my first week back) and am amazed because - honestly - I wasn't that good about my Medifoods & water. And did my usual snail-like exercise program that consists of reaching for the remote. This week will be even better!
RE-start 14-Jan08
goal 10# = 4 weeks
goal 20# = ? weeks

katieb920 - thank you for the warm welcome & the reminder that the weight lost is actually GONE! That is a great thought.

I needed to update my ticker, so went to the website in your signature. I didn't mean to copy your ticker! Really!!! I just picked the best ones & noticed the similarity when I came back to answer your post. I hope it's OK with you ... I'll probably change soon anyhow. Thanks for the inspiration in both ways.
