I don't know what your before pictures look like, but I can't imagine that you want to loose another 60 pounds! You look great! Good job. Don't forget where you have been and what you have done. You are DA BOMB!

Thanks for being so sweet.. my before pictures are posted a little farther down in the studio ..under Martha's 20# and almost 40# loss.. thanks again--I still weigh almost 190# and am only 5'51/2"..I am still overweight and listed as obese..I just look smaller than I am..Martha

You look sooooo great!!! How come you dont have a HUGE smile on in those pictures? Also, you need to check your scale again. You look WAY to FABULOUS to weigh 190...you look like sooooo much less then that.

Sorry I'm late here; I haven't been around much -- having a difficult life at the moment. But oh! Martha! What a great set of pictures here! What a totally different person you look like from your original starting photo! You look years younger, and you just look terrific. And I know from interactions with you as well as watching you with others around here that it truly couldn't happen to a nicer person. Congratulations, my friend, and here's to you, and to the last stretch to goal. We ARE having fun!

I hadn't seen your great pictures since Unca posted them - you look really wonderful. This has not been an easy time for you and yet you have stuck with it. Your weight loss is tremendous and we are confident that you will reach your goal and then stay there forever.

I admire you for not turning to food during the difficult days - I can imagine that caring for your Mother and nieces and nephews can be frustrating and then you also had that visitor Katrina and threats of her cousin Rita blowing by also. You have done your best to read past posts and to learn all you can about the program and I thank you for that!

You are a precious lady and well loved. Say howdy to that great man of yours. Doug, you are a winner all the way around, too - you lost weight and are doing a good job of maintaining your optimal weight.
