The teriyaki sauce worked out quite well, so I was hoping for some more help on other things.

At the top of my list would be a sauce for restaurant style sesame chicken.

I would also love to find a recipe for some sweet bbq sauce or chinese sweet and sour.

Okay Manly. Here is what I have. I don't have the breakdown, though. I use them and I haven't had any problems. Just too lazy to break down the nutritional values.

BBQ Sauce (okay for diabetics)

4TB Tomato Paste
1 Cup Diet Dr. Pepper
1TB Minced Onion Flakes
1tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp salt
1tsp minced garlic
Dash Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Cinamon

In a saucepan, mix ingredients in order listed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. This sauce is good on beef, chicken and pork.

Mustard Sauce

1 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar (or other brown sugar substitute)
2TB I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1TB Worcestershire Sauce
1TB Lemon Juice
1tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix together and simmer ovr low heat about 30 minutes. This sauce is especially good with pork tenderloin.

Hmmm, this sounds interesting. I'll have to give it a shot!
