Hi Everyone!! Well, the surgery went well but I am in a world of hurt right now. The pain meds seem to only last 3 - 3 1/2 hours as opposed to the 4 that it should. This is the first day after the surgery and I believe EVERYTHING has woken up!!! I had a really rough night but I am hanging in there.

I am totally off program right now - I was so nauseous from the surgery that I needed toast and ginger ale last night. I kept remembering all of your words about just getting through the surgery and doing what I had to do to heal. I needed to take some pain meds this morning and needed something in my stomach to do it so I had to have some milk. Oh well...once I am feeling more like myself I will get right back to MFing (supermom it is not the naughty word it is Medifasting!!! HA).

I will keep you guys informed and I thank you for your prayers.

This may mess up my new mini goal of 20 more pounds by June 10th but I do realize that I need to listen to my body right now so it will heal. THanks again for your encouragement and advice.

:jumprope: So glad to hear the surgery is over! I love it that your friend thought you were "another woman"! :roflmao: Well, really, you are 'another' woman - a thinner one!

Take care of yourself and I'm lifting you up so that God will take away those pains and get you on your MF (not the 'bad' wording ;) ) way!

Michelle, hope your pain has lessened somewhat. Keep your spirits up and we will look forward to the day when you can resume MFing.
