Morning all! Made it through Day 1! Yesterday, I was so glad to see my pickles and later my salad and cottage cheese! A small meal never looked, or tasted so good. haha

The oatmeal this morning was pretty good! I like oatmeal anyway, so it works for me.

Sherri - I sent you an email yesterday when my food arrived. Did you get it?

Here's to day 2! :)

Made it through Day2 pretty easily. Day 1 was tough, but yesterday was not so bad! Looking forward to having Day 3 done.

Tonight I have a company function, but I brought all my food and am prepared.

You'll do great this evening at the company function - have all your Medimeals on time today and drink plenty of water. :goodluck:

When you see those :twisted: chips and :x fatty dips just remember, you already know how they taste - you've tasted them before, they don't taste diferent today, they will still be available in a few months from now, they make your mouth feel greasy and live forever on your hips and thighs. You are making healthy choices now for a happier and healthier future.

Well I'm glad I'm on Day3. I have zero cravings and am not hungry at all!

That's a really good thing, becuase we have an open house for one of our new offices and today, among other things, there is going to be a chocolate fountain to dip fruit etc in... :twisted: evil thing that it is!

Anyway, I'm ready. I'm saving my bar - just in case and I'll have my choc shake right before I go, so I'm not hungry.

Thank God for MF and no cravings or hunger! I'll let you know how I do. If they have celery, I may have that or cucumbers, but nothing that is not on on program. :thumbsup:

Actually I did survive! I ate nothing but 1 dill pickle. I had my bar before I went in and was fine. It was really intersting, because yesterday I started TOM and in the past, would have DOVE head first into fountain, only to come up for air days later!

While I noticed I was hungrier later in the day, it was manageable. So thanks MF!

On a side note: FYI for all.

Yesterday, I brought one of the Crystal Lite containers to work to supplement my water intake. I was alernating one water and one lemonade. Well, it tasted so good that I ended up drinking a 1/2 gallon of the lemonade and 1/2 gallon of water. No problem so far right? WRONG.

Well beware people, because too much of the Crystal Lite can cause, how do I say it politely, major lack of bowel control. It has apartame in it in pretty high quanitites, and I don't use that stuff normally.

Who knew? :wallwall:

Today I am still felling the effects! :( be careful all...

:tongue: The one thing that was really unusual, was that I had a co-worker be really really pushy about trying the fountain. It was the topic of conversation all afternoon. She said a bite won't hurt and you've been doing so good, you deserve it. Yadda yadda yadda.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE PUSH ME LIKE THIS EVER! It was really amazing. Even after saying no all day and telling her I trying to break my plateau, she just kept pushing. I finally snapped at her and told her that the 1st no, should have been sufficient and to drop it! She still didn't want to drop it.

The weird part, is that she's my gym buddy from the office and is very petite and slim and fit and knows how hard it is to stay in shape. Go figure!

Your co-worker may feel very comfortable with you at your weight and she at hers. She probably enjoys the contrast at the gym. Some feel rather threatened when positions change. When you get down to your slim and trim size their will be two great bods working out. Sometimes we like to feel more attractive than others. Change is hard
