Hi everyone,
I'm HD (My Husband Calls me Hearts Desire) and I have been reading all the posts for days now. I started medifast (full) 1/24/04 and have had wonderful results so far. The support I recieved just from reading the emails has been a lifesaver. Each time I felt ready to cave in I opened more email. I know no one knows me here but I want to thank you all for the support you show to people you don't even know is there.

Is it just me or is everyone out there as excited as I am just knowing that when the dreadful feeling of caving in rears up, I know I can get online quick and find comfort and support in previous emails? This site is fantastic! Thank you all for your welcome to the place i call the "Happy zone".
