I have had just about everything offered by MF. Everyone has their own favorites and their own dislikes. My personal favs are the Cappuchino, Hot Cocoa and the puddings. None of it will pass for gormet, but the stuff helps you get healthy and lose the weight. If you are truely ready for something that really works, MF is it.
