LMAO! You are too funny!

I had a "chinese-like" lean n green tonight.

I sliced my chicken into think slivers then saute'd those with pam olive oil spray. once those were almost done..I poured 1/2 c chicken boullion and 1/2 tsp of soy sauce then added in chopped cabbage and julliene zuch...tossed a little garlic pepper. I sprinkled a bit of salad supreme on it when it was done.... Veryyy yum! Give it a try.

Hugs,
Gina

I had a delicious lean and green from a Chinese restaurant last week. Got steamed chicken and veggies with some low-fat spicy garlic sauce on the side. I just dipped my fork (OK, so I didn't use chopsticks) into the sauce, then speared some chicken or broccoli or whatever. I used very little sauce but got all the flavor. And I got to order - and eat - along with everyone else.

Although last night they had chinese food, I made myself a very yummy omelette with 2 eggs, chock full of fresh green pepper, green onion, a sliced mushroom and 1/4 of sliced tomato and topped with a tbsp of salsa. very yum!

All the ideas for chinese inspired lean and greens are great though! I often do a stir-fry-esque meal myself. Dogma, Im with you though! I have had great luck ordering a lean and green from a chinese food place, they are always more than willing to make one to my specs and there is just something about having someone else cook for you!

Cheers to our continued success, everyone!
