Hi Gang!

Unca Tim is going to post a couple of pics for me. The one with the shoulder length curly hair (natural!) is on my work website, taken almost 4 year ago. The one in the red blouse is from mid-December of this year, after 4 weeks on Medifast. You can't see alot of difference in the picture, but I sure felt it!

Love that hair cut and I think that red is a super color for you - it shows off your sparkling eyes and skin color!

Isn't it fun to make healthy changes and to see and feel the difference already? That's why I say, Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Me too, LOVE the haircut...you go girl...you are so pretty, just wait til you put your after pic here....I can't wait now for a better pic of me too...sure takes GUTS to put up our pics, huh...but it is kind of a good feeling too...and really HELPS the determination....keep postin...lovin it..
