Iced Hot Cocoa!

Postby Joelie » April 6th, 2006, 8:20 pm

I don't know if anyone has tried this but OH MY GAWD is it GOOD!
Totally different chocolate taste than the chocolate shakes...more chocolatey.

Mix the Hot Cocoa with 6-8 ozs of water...
add some ice and throw it in a blender or for me...my Magic Bullet. MMMM MMMM MMMM!

Now that it's getting so much warmer here, I'm definitely going to give this a try. I have a huge supply of cocoa, because I was having it a couple of times a day before I entered my oatmeal phase.

Cocoa in the Blender -- cold

Postby Jan » April 7th, 2006, 6:17 pm

Ok,
You've discovered one of my favorites. Hot Chocolate mixed cold in the blender. I still even add the s/f toasted marshmellow syrup or whatever other one I decide on. The s/f orange is quite good too. It's a real treat!!

Thanks so much for this suggestion, Joelie!!! I like this SO much better than the shake mix, which I refuse to use. Maybe because it's whey protein instead of soy. I loved it!!!
