I'm down 12 pounds since my re-start! I feel sooooo much better. I'm on a roll here! :treadjog:

Wow, that's great! When was your restart? I just started 3 days ago and going strong! Keep up the great work. :)

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

Thanks Sharon!! I started 2 1/2 weeks ago. So the first week was mostly water weight, as you know!

Thank you Holberry !!!! I love the support and motivation that you all are giving me.

I am down another pound today making my total for the week 5 lbs., and my grand total since my re-start 2 1/2 weeks ago, 13 lbs.!

That just means that I had a whole lot of weight to lose. But now I'm really on track, feeling soooo much better and focused on reaching my goal. I've got 25 lbs to go. That seems so much better than 38 lbs to go! I love MF! :yeah:

Thank you Joy! It's great to have you here!

Another good day, as far as eating goes. I felt a little craving to eat a little more, but I got through it. You know TOM is on it's way. Doesn't that throw things off in a big way? Especially when your on a roll. :roll: But I want to keep seeing the scale move in the right direction so I'm being a good girl! ;)

Yes girl!! That's exactly what I want. We usually go to Ft. DeRussy beach for 4th of July to barbeque and watch the fireworks... and I don't want to be stuck under the tree or umbrella with my shorts and oversized t-shirt! And, we have an annual church beach day at Ala Moana Beach Park on Labor Day. So I want to reach my goal by Labor Day!

Yeah, it's about time that I found my groove, after losing it for a year. I started and cheated and stopped so many times this past year, it was aweful. So the weight I'm at right now is a welcome breath of fresh air, and the results have kept me motivated to keep moving forward to reach my goal. Thanks for stopping by and encouraging me! :secret:

I didn't get to roll call yesterday, but posted this morning. I'm down 1 pound which is wonderful, especially because TOM is visiting. I wasn't expecting any loss at all.

I'm at the critical "imaginary wall" right now, a milestone marker on the weightloss road. 150 seems to be the weight that my body is comfortable and likes to stay at for a long time! So I'm really gonna push it this week and make sure I stay totally compliant, drink tons of water and make sure I do some cardio to boost that metabolism. Once I get past 150, it's so much easier to get to my goal! :whip:

How great you are for staying upbeat when the scale doesn't move. I didn't cheat last week and the scale didn't move and I was soooooo blue!

Can you do cardio in your first 3 weeks? I want to but I don't want to go hypoglycemic like I did last time so, I wont.

We had a static week so oh boy oh boy, this week is going to be good!
